1.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or using the 898jl platform ("the Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein. These terms apply to all users of the Platform, including visitors, registered players, and VIP members.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. 898jl reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason consistent with applicable law.

2.Eligibility and Age Restrictions

To register and use the 898jl platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be a legal resident of the Philippines or located within the Philippines at the time of accessing and using the Platform.

• You must not be self-excluded from gambling activities or listed on any gambling prohibition register.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 898jl or any of its affiliated companies.

3.Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

When registering for an 898jl account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form.
• Maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
• Register only one account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts.
• Use your own legal name and personal information. Accounts registered under false names or using another person's information will be terminated immediately.
• Provide a valid Philippine mobile number and email address to which you have exclusive access.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 898jl login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Never share your account credentials with any third party.
• Immediately notify 898jl of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• Log out from your account at the end of each session, particularly when accessing the Platform from shared or public devices.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not.

898jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account protection.

4.Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

898jl accepts deposits through the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other designated financial institutions. All payment methods must be registered in your own legal name and match the name on your 898jl account.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically processed instantly or within minutes depending on the payment method selected. 898jl reserves the right to verify the source of funds and may request additional documentation before crediting large or unusual deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed during the deposit process.

4.3 Currency

All financial transactions on the 898jl platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). If you deposit funds in a different currency, conversion will occur automatically at prevailing exchange rates plus applicable conversion fees.

4.4 Third-Party Deposits Prohibited

You may only deposit funds from payment sources that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits, including deposits made by family members, friends, or business associates, are strictly prohibited. Any funds deposited from third-party sources will be returned to the original payment method, and your account may be suspended pending investigation.

5.Withdrawals and Processing

5.1 Withdrawal Requests

You may request withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified with all required identity documents submitted and approved.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own legal name.
• You must have completed any applicable bonus wagering requirements before withdrawing bonus-related winnings.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply as specified on the withdrawal page.
• You must withdraw funds to the same payment method used for deposits, where technically feasible and legally compliant.

5.2 Processing Times

898jl strives to process withdrawal requests promptly. Standard processing times are:

• Bank Transfers: 2 to 24 hours during banking hours
• First-time withdrawals: May take up to 48 hours for additional security verification

Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays, or when additional verification is required. 898jl reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large withdrawal requests.

5.3 Withdrawal Limits

Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits apply based on your account status and verification level. VIP members benefit from higher withdrawal limits and priority processing.

6.Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, free bets, and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions detailed in the respective promotion's terms. General bonus rules include:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only and may not be abused. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated betting systems, or engaging in arbitrage betting.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.
• Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute less or be excluded entirely.

7.Gameplay Rules and Conduct

7.2 Game Results

All game results are final and binding. In the event of a technical malfunction or error, 898jl reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund stakes. Players must report suspected errors or malfunctions immediately.

7.3 Player Conduct

Players agree to:

• Conduct themselves in a respectful manner toward other players and 898jl staff.
• Refrain from abusive, threatening, or offensive language in any communication.
• Not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or to engage in any illegal activity.
• Not attempt to manipulate, exploit, or gain unfair advantage through bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities.

8.Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder money or finance illegal activities.
• Fraud: Providing false information, using stolen payment methods, or engaging in any fraudulent activity.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain unfair advantage, part icularly in live dealer games.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one account to circumvent restrictions or claim multiple bonuses.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, or any automated system to place bets or play games.
• Advantage Play: Exploiting technical errors, game malfunctions, or loopholes for profit.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes after losing wagers.
• Account Sharing: Allowing other persons to access or use your account.
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or access the Platform's source code.

9.Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Suspension Rights

898jl reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion if we believe that:

• These Terms and Conditions have been breached.
• Fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity has occurred or is suspected.
• The account holder is underage or has provided false information.
• The account is being used to facilitate money laundering or other criminal activities.
• Multiple accounts are being operated by the same individual.

9.2 Effects of Termination

Upon account termination, all pending bets will be settled according to their final outcomes. Valid account balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the account holder after deducting any applicable fees or charges, subject to verification procedures. 898jl is not obligated to provide reasons for account termination beyond those required by law.

9.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining account balance will be processed for withdrawal according to standard withdrawal procedures. Bonus funds and pending wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

10.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 898jl, its directors, employees, partners, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities resulting from Platform use or inability to use the Platform.
• Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in content or game results caused by third-party game providers.
• Technical failures, including server downtime, network interruptions, or device malfunctions.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Any actions or omissions of third-party service providers, including payment processors and game developers.

In no event shall 898jl's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have deposited into your account during the six months preceding the claim.

11.Dispute Resolution

11.1 Customer Complaints

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding the Platform or services, you must first contact 898jl customer support. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably and promptly. All complaints should include:

• Your account username and registered email address.
• A detailed description of the issue, including dates and times.
• Any supporting documentation, such as screenshots or transaction records.
• The resolution you are seeking.

11.2 Escalation Process

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through customer support, you may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint to our disputes department. We will investigate thoroughly and provide a written response within 10 business days.

11.3 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts.

12.Changes to Terms

898jl reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated through email notification or prominent notice on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any modifications, you must discontinue use of the Platform and close your account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates. 898jl will not be liable for any failure on your part to review updated terms.
